Whenever make-up comes up in conversation with my mother-in-law, she asks me, "Why don't you at least wear a bit of lip colour?"
I don't normally wear any make-up at all and I guess my MIL, who is always rocking a lovely shade of lipstick, thinks I need some.
So this one goes out her.

Ok, I have a few thoughts:
1. you are darling both ways.
2. the lip color you chose IS really pretty on you.
3. your MIL can suck it.
4. but i understand b/c i, too, have a MIL who wears lots of makeup and i often think she's embarassed by me/the way i look.
5. whenever i put on lip gloss/stick, i tend to feel like i look like a clown.

I love the way your smile looks in the last photo - with just a touch a color. You still look very natural and fresh-faced and not at all "made up". But I do like the little hint of color on your lips.
MIL's can't live with em, can't shoot em! Love that color though, and I'm with you...never wear make up!
I always save my lipstick for "special occasions" but never end up finding a special-enough occasion to wear it.
I plan on doing laundry later. I think that's special enough for lipstick.
I think the color is lovely on you, though you have lovely skin and look very pretty naturally :-)
I hate the way lip gloss feels. I also suck at remembering to reapply it. Eye makeup is my go-to (mascara and eyebrow pencil in particular) when I want to look more "put together".
It DOES look good but you are naturally pretty no matter what so... Love your hair, by the way. Did you recently cut it? (or I mean, have someone else cut it?) Lookin' good girl!

That's the thing about husbands..they often come with mother's, truly you look wonderful with or without the gloss. :-)
I am a make-up girl, so I would say it's always nice to have a pop of color!
Ok....I am so glad that I am not the only one...but it comes from my mom - "Honey you need to put your lips on!" I am not into make-up (not a real girly girl here) but when a co-worker made the following statement about my wedding picture on my desk..."that's not you is it" - well I don't think I would put a picture of a bride and groom on my desk unless it was me! I realized more make-up makes me look better - so making more of an effort....but you dear look great with and without!

The lip gloss brings out the color in your cheeks. I agree with a few others here and the last picture where you are smiling is a wonderful shot. There is a sparkle to your eyes.
I do not wear makeup everyday and when I do, I try to enhance what I already have naturally. I am thankful that I grew wearing noticeable makeup from my more youthful days.

As for the lipstick - both work. It's nice to know that wearing make up isn't a waste of time or cash. But every woman should feel happy to go out without it.
Your skin tone is very good. I wouldn't want to mess that up with too much 'colour'.
I wear makeup only on my lips and I think you look great with your gloss so go for it.
Love the lip gloss...but beware if you take advice like that, you will get more in return...trust me, I know.

I only wear lipgloss when I'm at work, otherwise I feel that it's a waste. My toddler really has no opinion.
